Upload an og:image
POST/v1/portal_builder/og_image
Uploads a page's (or the SEO defaults') og:image — the picture link previews show — and returns its public URL, to store in seo.og_image_url (or seo_defaults.og_image_url) with the next draft save. PNG, JPEG or WebP, base64-encoded; up to 2 MB of image, but the whole request body is capped at 2 MB (about 1.5 MB of image once encoded).
