Publish the portal
POST/v1/portal_builder/publish
Saves the draft as sent (same body as the draft save, plus an optional note) and freezes it into the next version, in one transaction: portal visitors see it right away. A form field whose regular expression could hang validation answers 422 UNSAFE_FIELD_PATTERN.

The revision sent is stale: someone (or another tab) saved the draft in between. Read it again and resend.
A form field regular expression could hang validation (UNSAFE_FIELD_PATTERN); details names the page, block and field.
