Seal a block secret
POST/v1/portal_builder/secrets
Encrypts a value a block keeps in the page JSON (a webhook header such as Authorization). Returns secret:<ciphertext>, bound to this workspace and to the origin of url (required), which only the server opens to send the request to that origin. Nothing is stored: save the returned value in the block with the draft.
