Export users
The export generates a CSV file with all the workspace's portal users. Use it to check the records in a spreadsheet, cross-reference with your system or keep a copy.
How to export
- In Portal › Users (
/dashboard/users), click Export. - Confirm. The export includes all users — the list's filters and search don't apply.
- Wait while the file is generated in the background.
- When Export completed appears, with the number of users and the file size, click Download.
The button stays disabled while the workspace has no users.
